No, Like new category is for MINT device only. There cannot be a single scratch on the device at all. We price like new device higher because they can sell for a higher value. Device with scratches do not sell for this higher pricing and therefore do not quality for like new condition. This include no scratches on the sides, front/back glass or at charging port area. Please clean the device fully and fully inspect very close if you are trying to sell at like new condition. Only 5% of actual items sent will be like new category. Please be sure to correctly identify your device condition before sending to avoid any repricing situation. We do not like to have to repricing any item, it makes it an uncomfortable situation for both the buyer and seller. This is a very easily avoidable situation if item is inspected closely. Just because your item was kept in a case, does not mean the item is like new automatically. Dirt and rocks and rec havoc on the phone and you may not even know. Again, Clean and inspect closely. Please make it easy for all of us and correctly categorize your item for quick payment
This all depends on the status of the device itself at time of purchase. Some device can be purchased with credit card and then blacklisted later on. In most cases, we generally do not buy new devices or business account devices unless they are already fully paid off and are already fully unlocked. Any device on a payment plan will be either returned at buyer expense (if trying to sell as unlocked but on payment plan) OR we will buy for parts only at minor damage or damaged. We do not buy any blacklisted devices for any reason. Do not send these. Any device locked to a specific carrier if purchased new recently, we do not buy even if device has a clean ESN at time of testing. This is due to carrier usually has a waiting period of 60 days or more before unlocking to ensure the device was not stolen or purchased fraudulently.

The device is authentic and not counterfeit or a replica device
You have full legal authority to sell the device
We reserve the right to:
Refuse any device
Withhold payment if ownership is in question
Cancel transactions suspected of fraud
Report suspicious activity to law enforcement
4. Device Condition & Inspection
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not guaranteed.
By submitting your device, you acknowledge and agree that:
The condition you provide must be accurate and complete
Devices will undergo a full inspection upon receipt
Any undisclosed issues (including internal damage, water damage, aftermarket parts, or functional defects) may result in a revised offer
We reserve the sole right to determine the device’s condition upon inspection.
5. Revised Offers & Customer Approval
If the actual condition of the device differs from what was submitted:
A revised offer will be provided
You may accept or decline the revised offer
No transaction will be completed without your explicit approval.

Return shipping will be provided after payment of a return shipping invoice, or
You may accept the revised offer
Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in the device being treated as declined and subject to our abandoned device policy.
6. Payment Terms

7. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Insurance
If you ship a device to us:
You are solely responsible for securely packaging the device
You are responsible for ensuring the device arrives safely
We may provide a prepaid shipping label for convenience. Providing a shipping label does not transfer risk of loss to us.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss remains with you until the device is physically received and accepted by us
Insurance Responsibility
Shipping insurance is not included unless explicitly stated

Financed, leased, or unpaid
Counterfeit, replica, or non-authentic devices
Significantly misrepresented in condition
If a device is determined to be ineligible:
Return shipping will be provided after payment of a return shipping invoice, or
The device may be handled in accordance with applicable laws
10. Abandoned Devices
If a device is:
Declined
Ineligible
Or no response is received
within 14 days of the date we send notice (via the email address or phone number you provided), the device will be considered abandoned.

Recycle
Resell
Dispose of the device
without further liability or compensation.
11. Device Condition Documentation

We may document device condition through photos, video, and diagnostic testing upon receipt

Carrier blacklisted
may be rejected or repriced.
15. Non-Original or Modified Devices
Devices containing aftermarket parts, third-party repairs, or internal modifications may receive a reduced offer.
16. Liquid Damage
Devices with any signs of liquid exposure or corrosion may be repriced regardless of reported condition.
17. Missing Components
Devices missing components (including cameras, Face ID, buttons, or internal parts) may receive a reduced offer.
18. Processing Time
Processing times may vary based on volume.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, payment providers, or high volume.
19. Transfer of Ownership
Upon acceptance of payment:

20. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
